Kingston ICT company director, Ian Wadforth, has extensive experience in delivering business change across a range of public and private sector industries within Australia and Europe.

Ian has defined and delivered numerous projects and programs in client-facing environments that introduce major change to businesses and, additionally, has created ICT governance systems, management systems and project/ program offices that provide business controls for senior management within the government and commercial arenas.

Ian has created and implemented project management methodologies and reporting systems that provide mechanisms to accurately monitor projects, programs and portfolios of work and which lead to improvements in quality control and quality assurance.

Ian has previously worked for IBM UK as a Business Consultant, Program Office Manager, Transition Project Manager and Program Manager delivering change within a variety of industry types, such as: Insurance, Retail, Finance, Pharmaceuticals and Banking.

More recently, Ian has worked in Australia within the Utilities and Energy industries as well as with government agencies in Queensland.
